We'll be meditating and interacting at 7pm Eastern Daylight Time to begin the weekend. Hope you will be able to join us at the new online venue this Spring:

Intended Audiences
The meditations will be conducted at a level accessible to beginners and intermediate practitioners. The Friday evening sessions are not organized into a structured course to allow for a relaxed experienced in our increasingly structured world. However, to keep the meetings fresh, we are pre-publishing a tentative list of themes which will accompany the meditations during Spring 2011.

Meditation and transitions

Transitions is a movement that deals with peak oil and energy crisis. When the time comes when oil prices skyrocket and we have to live sustain-ably within local means and sourcing our own skills, we have to make an inventory of what we can achieve locally. One of the skills that has emerged as a critical one is meditation. The An Arbor Transitions group is presenting a series of workshops that includes this practice to bring peace and balance to our own selves. This way our mind is not cluttered and can make better decisions in the time of crisis.

The meditation re-skilling workshop will happen at the end of march And you are courage to RSVP on facebook at this link: RSVP HERE
