Winter of Hope

Today we had the good fortune of meeting yogis from MSU in Lansing. Wonderful bunch. In typical hobbit fashion, we enjoyed each other's company, ate, sang, danced and meditated. And yes, the first snow blizzard of the season hit us!

Both were Sahaja Yoga practitioners before they came to the states. One will stay on for a doctorate. More collectivity for us!

Crazy Wisdom Bookstore Meeting

We met at crazy wisdom again and it was great to have Aric return after his many weeks of adventures in the mountains. The topic of discussion was the six enemies ...


...and it was an enteractive discussion before we did the self-realization meditation with affirmations to dissolve the six enemies. Blog post for this thursday's meditation is here.

Windsor ON Programs launched

This past weekend culminated in a new program starting up in Windsor, a city so close, yet so far! Programs will run until Christmas break every tuesday at 7pm at a community center. This is a first for Windsor. According to one seeker this is probably the only meditation in Windsor, ON at the moment. Good on us, mate!
